Generally, loved this wonderful and chic accommodation with amicable staff who was dealing with our early check-in request. The venue was in a central location close to the waterfront, Trillium lakes and breweries and wine tasting rooms as well as numerous dining places...

Trendy boutique hotel in a downtown area close to the hill as well as shops. Great food for breakfast in the restaurant. Brand-new room with heater and the bathroom and a book for a great stay at a very friendly town. Efficient staff with smiles.

Cozy and Fun Stay!

Had a blast here! The rooftop garden room was a super cozy escape with its own quirky vibe. Loved the warm community feel in the lobby, especially with the free coffee and local apples. Just a heads-up, you'll hear the trains at night, so grab some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy Historic Queen room with charming diary images and the lovely view of the river. There were fun activities like game nights and live music, made the evenings even better. Although it got a bit noisy outside late at night, I still had a great time, so make sure to bring earplugs just in case 😊

The cozy lobby, complete with a large fireplace, was perfect. Our room wasnice and neat, though the shower could use a bit more space. This was a great home base for our adventures in the area!

The room was cute with a comfy queen bed and great heating. Location is prime, just steps from the river and local cafes. Loved the lobby coffee vibes and the cozy atmosphere. Shower was a bit tricky with temp changes. Recommend hitting up Broder for a solid brunch, too!

What a good stay! The historic vibe has been beautifully preserved, with cozy rooms that boast high ceilings and massive windows, flooding the space with light. Plus, the charming café downstairs serves an irresistible Scandinavian-inspired breakfast that you can't miss!

This place is fantastic for families! We enjoyed walking through the charming town, and the nearby hiking trails were perfect for our adventures. The staff was friendly, and we were delighted to bring along our three dogs.

In my wife's opinion, the lobby could use a little more supervision during busy mornings, as it feels chaotic with kids running around. A designated kid's area would be great!
